Sterling Search Partners is a specialized staffing company in Birmingham, AL. This brand identity is inspired by the craft of assaying, in which precious metals are tested. Assayers use a system of stamps called hallmarks to indicate a piece’s origin, maker, and quality. This practice inspired us to create hallmark-style stamps for Sterling to represent the qualities of staffing candidates, such as experience or “unicorn candidate” qualifications.
